Our refund and returns policy depends on the manufacturer. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange and a restocking fee will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item/s must also be in the original packaging that it came with.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back unless authorized by Golfcart Madness. If an item is damaged or has a factory defect we will issue you a return Label at no cost. Should the item/s have any incorrect or missing parts please contact us.
Once you have emailed or contacted us, we will notify you approval or rejection of your refund. All items must be in their original factory packaging. When your return has been checked into a shipping facility, we will ship out the correct item.
Should the item not be in stock we will notify you and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
To return your product, first contact Golfcart Madness and we will determine eligibility based on the issue. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item that is not defected or improper. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
